Kids Say The Funniest Things

I was reading in my journal the other night & came across some funny things

my kids have said in the past.

ASHLEY

* She was about 2 1/2 years old and she was seeing her speech therapist. One day they were reading a book and it the end of the book it said, 'A horse has a tail, do you?' Ashley said, 'No, but my dad does and it's huge!'

* This year they got to 'vote' in her 3rd grade class for the 2008 elections.

Ashley said she 'voted' for McCain because he was white.

NATALIE

* She told us that Anja (our neighbor) was a liar. Anja said that Ryan (Natalie's BFF) could play when they got home from Wal-Mart. When they got home Natalie went over to their house to see if Ryan could play. Anja said Ryan couldn't play because they had to go to a football game. That's why Anja was a liar. Before Anja lied Natalie said Anja was a cooler mom than me, but now that she lied, I'm a cooler mom.

* Ashley was filling a glass for Natalie. She didn't want ice in it, but Ashley put ice in the cup. Then we head Natalie say, 'Ashley, you dumb &#$!'

GAVIN

* His favorite pop is Dr. Pepper. He says he's a doctor now because he drinks Dr. Pepper.

* He and Dave had a fun tripped planned to Florida for a football game. They had to be at the airport at 6:00am. The girls were still asleep when I had to take them to the airport. Gavin went into their room at 5:40am and said very loudly, 'Bye kids, going on a airplane!!'

I just love the things they say. They're so innocent, but serious what they have to say. I love my kids, they make me laugh everyday!!!
