OUCH!!!

I'm doing the P90X workouts. I can tell you how it is in 1 word . . . OUCH!!! My kids wanted to do the stretching. I put it on for them & they actually did the full hour of it. May I add, in between the moves they would grab a handful of chips & drink some pop! They were so cute doing it!

I do a workout and I'm sweaty & smelly. They watch me & cheer me on. I didn't know I had little cheerleaders to cheer me on while exercising! Then again, they look at me, they look at the TV, & tell me that I'm doing it wrong.

I wish I could eat like a kid again. Oh the joys of getting older;)
